WIR CAMPAIGN: Covering the chest is the best!

Bismillah.

The issue of how we women, wear our hijab has been widely speculated.

Okay, tak. I'm the only who think about it, a lot.

Nowadays, you can see many kind of style of people wearing hijab.

Since there was shawl, pashamina (the way Hasani said), etc. etc.

People said that the invention of different style of hijab has increased the number of women wearing it.

Well, it is a good thing. Alhamdulillah.

But, did we wore it the right way? The way Islam taught us to?

Yes, covering your aurat is WAJIB for a muslim.

Praying and fasting is WAJIB too.

If we don't fast and pray, berdosa besar hukumnya.

Same goes for not covering your aurat. So, why don't you?

"Katakanlah kepada wanita yang beriman:
"Hendaklah mereka menahan pandangannya,
dan memelihara kemaluannya, dan janganlah
mereka menampakkan perhiasannya,
kecuali yang (biasa) nampak daripadanya.
Dan hendaklah mereka MENUTUPKAN KAIN TUDUNG

KE DADANYA, dan janganlah menampakkan perhiasannya,
kecuali kepada suami mereka, atau ayah mereka,
atau ayah suami mereka, atau putera-putera mereka,
atau putra-putra suami mereka, atau saudara-saudara
laki-laki mereka, atau putera-putera saudara
laki-laki mereka, atau putra-putra saudara perempuan
mereka, atau wanita-wanita Islam, atau budak-budak
yang mereka miliki, atau pelayan-pelayan laki-laki
yang tidak mempunyai keinginan (terhadap wanita)
atau anak-anak yang belum mengerti tentang aurat wanita.
Dan janganlah mereka memukulkan kakinya agar diketahui
perhiasan yang mereka sembunyikan. Dan bertaubatlah
kamu sekalian kepada Allah, hai orang-orang yang beriman
supaya kamu beruntung".

Surah An-Nuur (31)

So, what's up with all the style of wearing hijab? Covering the hair only is not enough.

Its a fact, women's aurat is all part of the body except for the face and palm (tapak tangan?)

I think, everyone knows that.

Ignorant is a bliss? Well, its a no no for this one.

Apa kata kita mulakan dengan melabuhkan hijab, shawl, pashmina, scarf, tudung kita biar menutup dada. It's not nicelah. Dada tu sebenarnya lebih menggiurkan dari rambut.
